We take care to make the live sessions confidential and safe. Everyone attending must be in a private space, breakout rooms are never recorded, and no one may make their own recordings. The discussion groups are for students only, and we ask everyone not to pass their links on.
Who sees what I share in the discussion groups? #
The students and tutors in that group. Each course has its own group. The groups are for students only, and we ask people not to pass their links on, but please share there only what you are comfortable sharing with fellow students.
How are the live sessions kept confidential? #
In several ways. Everyone attending must be somewhere private, with no one else in the room. Only the main group is recorded; the breakout rooms, where people share most personally, are never recorded. And students must never make their own recordings of a live session.
What happens to my personal information? #
It is kept securely. The information you give us when you book is available to the college’s core team, and we will never pass it on to anyone else without your consent. Anything you tell us about your mental health is treated confidentially.
